About the event
Join us for a welcoming, all-levels community yoga flow and guided meditation practice! In a supported space, we'll roll out our mats, connect with the breath, and enjoy an hour of peaceful movement alongside friends and neighbors.
Please note: Only a limited number of yoga mats will be available!
20 tickets include the option to borrow a mat (first come, first served!)
40 tickets require you to bring your own mat (this will be indicated on the ticket).
After class stick around for light refreshments and friendly conversation--we'd love to see you there. :)
