I help individuals build sustainable, healthy lifestyle habits by addressing both nutrition and the psychology behind it — because true wellness is more than food, it's about understanding behavior and caring for your body daily.
My own journey with clean eating, consistent movement, and mindset shifts has been deeply transformative. Through my work, I’m passionate about helping others feel more confident, energized, and at peace with food and their bodies.
A Science-Based, Whole-Person Approach

My interest in the connection between food and mental health began during my undergraduate studies at Nebraska Wesleyan University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I later continued my education through the Dietetics Program at the University of Northern Colorado and earned certifications in Holistic Nutrition and Youth Nutrition through the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).
This background allows me to approach nutrition through a more holistic lens — rooted in compassion, curiosity, and an understanding of how behaviors shape long-term habits.
