Private Session - with a Certified Yoga Instructor

Private sessions can be terrific for beginners to yoga. With this session, you will receive a customized yoga sequence with individual modifications and variations tailored to your needs. This includes one 1-hour private session, with more detailed instructions, and time to ask questions.


Private Sessions begin at $40/hour for up to 2 people.
