Deep tissue massage centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia. Private Session - with a Certified Yoga Instructor

Private sessions can be terrific for beginners to yoga. With this session, you will receive a customized yoga sequence with individual modifications and variations tailored to your needs. This includes one 1-hour private session, with more detailed instructions, and time to ask questions.


Private Sessions begin at $40/hour for up to 2 people.
