A prenatal massage is a full body massage that is similar to a Swedish massage except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby. A pregnancy massage is a specially adapted gentle and soothing massage tailored specifically for the mother-to-be. Private sessions can be terrific for beginners to yoga. With this session, you will receive a customized yoga sequence with individual modifications and variations tailored to your needs. This includes one 1-hour private session, with more detailed instructions, and time to ask questions.


Private Sessions begin at $40/hour for up to 2 people.
